Bankside Law is delighted to report that 2 of our chiropractor clients had the cases against them dismissed as no case to answer by the General Chiropractic Council Investigating Committee Decisions in August and September with cases to answer being found in 2 other cases. (Subsequent reporting established that in one of those all allegations were dismissed and in the other the contested allegations were dismissed and in relation to admitted allegations a conditions of practice order was made.)
