Bankside Law is delighted to report that 3 of our chiropractor clients had the cases against them dismissed as no case to answer by the General Chiropractic Council Investigating Committee Decisions in April. It had one client where a case to answer was found in May.(Correction from the end of March 2023, this case resulted in no evidence being offered by the GCC at the Professional Conduct Committee and the case being dismissed.)
